Strike is a raid guild on Lucan D'Lere and among the top raid guilds world-wide. The guild is designed and structured for greatness; we have a low burn-out rate because we have a somewhat friendly atmosphere and strict recruiting terms.

The loot system is leadership assigned and based on on the following three principles, attendance, need and who deserves it the most.

We raid Sunday-Thursday. Starting at 8EST on the weekdays and 4EST on Sunday. Raids typically last for 4-5 hours.

Raids may start earlier. And we kill contested whenever they spawn. We are not going to expect you to leave work to come kill a contested at 11AM. However, outside of work, we expect you to make a strong effort to log on and kill contested when they pop.

Requirements
Max level.
Able to meet our raid times.
Contested calls. (Giving us someway to contact you).
Able to raid Sundays through Thursdays.
Playing at the top of your class.

The recruit process is simple.

You will raid with us for as long as it takes outside the guild until you prove to us you are Strike material. (Sometimes it's 2 weeks and sometimes it's longer.

Once you get the recruit tag you have TWO weeks from that day to prove to us you deserve to be a member of this guild. Showing exceptional attendance/skill/attitude are a must.

After those two weeks are up a decision is made if you are ready to be in Strike or if you need to go back down to the untagged recruit process.

You can have your next chance at a tagged recruit after a minimum of one week.

People do fail, it is not an unusual occurrence. Hopefully it will teach you something.

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT JARAXX/AZLEYA ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS. You should be discussing with us on a weekly basis about your application process. Failure to do this will more than likely result in a longer recruit process.

Step 1 Fill out an application here

Step 2 Register an account on these boards. You CANNOT send an application when your account has not been approved. Thus make sure when you send your application you are not logged into your Strike account.

Step 3 Send Jaraxx/Azleya a tell in game requesting board access. If we are not on, send us an in-game mail about it.

If you're not contacted within 24 hours that means we did NOT get your application and you should resend it and shoot me a tell asap.

Mystic/Defiler

If you think you are BETTER than any current member of the guild feel free to apply against them. If you prove to us that in the same group set ups and comparable gear that you are better than one of our members you can win their slot.
