| Announcement: Ykeha dead and TSO clear WW 1'st (until Tuesday) |

With the introduction of the Ykeshan Warbeads (aka anal beads) off of Field General adds, SOE finally added in an item REQUIRED to take on Ykesha, and only 3 and a half months late, but such is par for the course for Sony I suppose. Unfortunately for many, beating Ykesha is not quite as simple as merely having this item in your inventory and knowing what to do with it. With other guilds scrambling to secure their spot on the progression list for contested Anashti in the wake of our WW 1'st on that mob, we moved on to put time in on Ykesha. I don't want to say anything that might give any hints regarding what's going on with this mob, but suffice it to say we figured shit out and did what we needed to do to get this mob dead for a WW 1'st on the final instance boss of the expansion and the expansion as a whole (until Tuesday's release of Munzok's Material Bastion anyway).

We've had our asses handed to us repeatedly by this mob a few times in the past, but today was a new day that brought a server reset and a new patch. With a nerfed mob (nerfed about a week ago), upgraded set gear and a (relatively) lag-free zone, we proceeded to slap this bitch with her sick undead fetishes back to her palace for a WW 1'st on this last avatar and also of course on killing all avatars this expansion.
Grats Jaedena on the charm and Asphyixia on the robe.
(This is not an April Fool's joke. =p)

They're big, they're black, and they spend so much time hanging around each other it's just fucking disturbing. While the concept of engaging in a grappling match with such an overtly and aggressively homosexual group of large men may rightly be frightening to many (including us), we pressed forward. We emerged victorious from our rather harrowing experience with these guys to take down one of the two remaining avatars that had yet to be killed (not counting contested Anashti).
Grats Habeus on the bp and Jaraxx on the charm.

After jerking off on instanced content for the past couple days we manned up and took down Cazic-Thule and Bristlebane for world-wide firsts today. Bristlebane was only a first since the avatar fix, but still notable as there has been ~1 month since the fix now. Check out screenshots of the kills and loot below.
Grats Ajikiax on the Cazic charm, Gravedigga on the Bristlebane charm, Habeus on the priest bracelet, and Jaraxx on the melee bracelet and on his continuing domination/loot-mopping of avatar gear (6 pieces this expansion now =p).

It wasn't nearly as soon as we'd have liked, but Gynok is finally dead. Apparently this mob is designed to be healed to death.
